Jim graduated from the Dale E. Fowler School of Law at Chapman University and began as a defense attorney at Callahan, Thompson, Sherman & Caudill (CTSC), one of California’s most successful insurance defense firms. Through his tenure at CTSC, he learned firsthand how insurance companies operate.
